Our Chef at Blu Smoke Island Grill

Chef Edward has twenty plus years experience working in hotels, country clubs, restaurants and owning his own catering business for several years before joining the Blusmoke team. He spent eight of those years working for top rated hotels in Honolulu. Before moving to the mainland and working with Stormont Trice, Atlanta Ga, and the Biltmore estate in Ashville NC. He has been on the west coast of Florida for the past nine years and has a true appreciation for the food and culture of this beautiful state.

Our menu reflects our location and passion for food. We have a fine selection of Steaks, Seafood, authentic Barbeque, Salads and Pasta dishes that are the creation of our culinary team.
